Terms of Submissions and Interaction

The Trust Line of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC (hereinafter – the Trust Line) is intended solely for the registration and processing of information regarding corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, as well as violations related to ethics and compliance.

Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC (hereinafter – Gas Networks) reserves the right to refuse the registration of messages submitted for purposes other than those specified above.

Your report will be reviewed in Ukraine. All legal relations arising from the review of your report are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Any terminology used in this document is interpreted as defined by the legislation of Ukraine.

Please note that the Trust Line of Gas Distribution Networks LLC does NOT consider reports related to:
- outstanding debts for natural gas distribution services;
- incorrect volumes of gas consumption;
- submission of gas meter readings;
- overpayments and refunds for natural gas distribution services;
- payment bills and personal accounts;
- changes in the ownership of personal accounts.

The Trust Line also does not consider reports (complaints) addressed to the Company’s Local Conflict Committee regarding procurement matters.

The procedure of the committee’s work and the requirements for filing a complaint are described in the Regulations published on the Company’s official website here.

Additionally, potential procurement participants may submit a report via the Naftogaz Group Supplier Portal.
